Represent a family office on its investment in a 171-bed hotel development in West London. The project will convert a disused office building into a thriving hospitality, arts, and leisure space. Planning anticipated 2025.

Advising The Crown Estate on a soft partnership in the industrial, manufacturing and R&D sectors in Nottinghamshire. The deal involves a development partner drawing down land incrementally and adhering to robust ESG principles.
