Consulted with The Crown Estate and Pioneer Group to help transform the former Debenhams in the heart of Oxford into a 100,000 sq ft life sciences, technology and innovation space. 

Advised LB Hounslow on its real estate strategy, including the vision for the regeneration of the Golden Mile, a key commercial corridor along the A4 and M4 between Brentford and Chiswick. 

Representing a family office on its investment in a 171-bed hotel development in West London. The project will convert a disused office building into a thriving hospitality, arts, and leisure space. Planning anticipated 2026.

Advising The Crown Estate on a soft partnership in the industrial, manufacturing and R&D sectors in Nottinghamshire. The deal involves a development partner drawing down land incrementally and adhering to robust ESG principles.

Working with partners across the East Midlands to advance the regeneration of the Green Innovation Quarter. Exploring investment opportunities for The Crown Estate focussed on clean technologies and renewable energy.
